Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the tasks required to formally close the Hickory Grove Lagoon (located off Piney Green Road -SR 1406, behind Easy Street, east of Jacksonville in Onslow County), as specified in the Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on October 18, 2023, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an INFORMAL BID.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.

Special Requirements:
A mandatory site visit will be held at the Hickory Grove Lagoon site on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work location before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
