The Board of Directors of Onslow Water and Sewer Authority have scheduled a
Special Meeting for Monday, April 29, 2013. The meeting is scheduled for 5:00
p.m. at the ONWASA Operations Center, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC
28540.
The purpose of this meeting is to address business and take action on:
1. To conduct a Closed Session in accordance with NCGS 143-318.11 (a) (3) to
consult with an attorney retained by the public body to preserve the attorney-client
privilege to consider and give instructions concerning a judicial action titled
Onslow Water and Sewer Authority v. Scientific Water and Sewerage Corporation,
12 CVS 3326.
