Onslow Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors and the City of Jacksonville have scheduled a joint meeting on Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Jacksonville City Hall. The reason for this meeting is to hear a presentation from Dr. Richard Spruill, Ph.D., PG, Senior Hydrogeologist with Groundwater Management Associates, Inc. along with being an Associate Professor of Geology/Hydrology at East Carolina University. His presentation will address issues relative to our water supply in Onslow County.
