To register for Online Bill Payments and Account Access:
1. Visit
https://billing.onwasa.com/onwasa/login.jsp
and click the ‘Register’ link.
2. Enter
your Account number by removing the .00
For example, your payment stub may show an Account number like 20782559.0088.
Enter your Account number as 20782559
3. Enter
the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
4. Enter
your email address.
5. Select
your Paperless Billing option.
6. Check
the Communication Authorization box.
7. Click
‘Submit’.
8. A
verification email will be sent to the address provided. Follow the
directions to complete online access.
