We are excited to announce the rollout of Advanced Metering Infrastructure in the Old Settlers Beach service area. This upgrade brings cutting-edge technology to our water system that provides near real-time water usage data. With AMI, you 'll gain better insight into your water use, quicker leak detection - all while helping us improve the system efficiency and sustainability.
Customers in this service area are being notified ahead of time when their meter is being replaced by call, email, and text. Most installations will take less than 15 minutes and any interruption to service will be minimal. After installation, a door hanger will be left at your home notifying you the work was completed.
