ONWASA's normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. ONWASA is pleased to offer 24/7 assistance to our Customers for water and sewer emergencies. For all water and sewer emergencies call 910-455-0722. After normal working hours we provide limited reconnection and disconnection services. Depending on the situation, additional After Hours Fees of $55 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. or $175.00 after 7:00 p.m. will apply. If your situation is not urgent, please e-mail Customer Service for assistance at onwasabilling@onwasa.com and our trained Customer Service Staff will respond the next business day.
