Customer Request: Disconnection of Water Service
Please complete the following information in its entirety to have your services disconnected. Upon receipt of your request, ONWASA will complete the disconnection within five (5) business days from the date confirmed. (Completed Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

**Please be advised, after completion of service order for disconnection, you will receive a confirmation number by email from an ONWASA customer service representative. However, if you do not receive a confirmation number within 48 hours of submittal, you need to contact our office at (910) 455-0722 to verify request was received.
